When The Vampire Diaries first started I was really skeptical of it because I simply thought it was going to be Twilight for TV and I was wrong. The Vampire Diaries is completely different and in my mind much better! Bring on the haters! Now I don't like the fact a vampire can slip on a ring and walk around in daylight but the writing is great and the girls aren't bad to look at either.
