Darren Aronofsky's BLACK SWAN To Be Released December 1st

Fox Searchlight Pictures has announced that Darren Aronofsky's new film Black Swan, will get a limited release in select cities on December 1st. Just in time for Oscar season.

Aronofsky directed the film from a script written by Mark Heyman, and the film stars Natalie PortmanMila KunisVincent CasselBarbara Hershey and Winona Ryder.

Black Swan is a psychological thriller set in the world of New York City ballet. Nina (Portman) is a featured dancer who finds herself locked in a web of competitive intrigue with a new rival at the company (Mila Kunis). Black Swan takes a thrilling and at times terrifying journey through the psyche of a young ballerina whose starring role as the duplicitous swan queen turns out to be a part for which she becomes frighteningly perfect.

The film is set to open the Venice Film Festival in September, and it will hit the Toronto Film Festival a few days later.

Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis in the same movie being directed by Aronofsky? What more do you need to get you to go see this movie? Oh yeah, the two actresses have a love scene with each other, which completely blows my mind! The world as we know it could implode upon the first viewing of this scene.
