According to Comic Book Resources, Paul Dini, the man partially responsible for the legendary Batman: The Animated Series, has joined the writing staff of Disney XD's Ultimate Spider-Man animated series. This, my friends, is a good thing.

Other notable names involved with USM are Duncan Rolueau, Joe Case, Joe Kelly, Steven T. Seagle and Ultimate 'Verse creator, Brian Michael Bendis. With such talent behind the show it will most assuradly be both faithful to the source material and quite watchable.

The series will begin airing in 2011.
