Scott Bakula Says That A QUANTUM LEAP Movie Is On The Way

We have some good news and bad news for you Quantum Leap fans out there.  The good news is Scott Bakula recently spke at the Quantum Leap panel at Comic-Con and announced that series creator Donald P. Bellisario is currently working on a script for a feature film.  The bad news is Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell are both too old now to reprise their hologram and time travelng roles but will have parts in the movie.

This was a very popular and successful series and I might add one of my Grandma's favorites!  Each episode had Bakula's character Sam Beckitt "leaping" into someone else's mind and righting the wrongs by the end of each episode.  So all of you Quantum Leap fans have something cool to look forward to as this series follows along the same paths as The A-Team, Charlies Angels, Starsky and Hutch and others.
