What did you think of THE GREEN HORNET?

Movie The Green Hornet by Joey Paur

Hey gang! The Green Hornet opened up in theaters this weekend, and I want to know what you thought about it if you've seen it!

There was a decent amount of negativity built into this film leading up to it's release due to the production problems that it went through in getting made. But in the end The Green Hornet ended up being a pretty freakin' awesome movie that I enjoyed the hell out of. In fact, I'm looking forward to seeing it for a second time.

I thought it was an incredibly fun adaptation. The only thing I really didn't care for was the 3D conversion aspect of the movie, it was distracting for me at times. I'll be surprised if we ever see a very clean 3D film conversion. But the story and acting was solid. Seth Rogan was funny, Jay Chow was a badass, Christoph Waltz was a great villain, and Cameron Diaz was... well, Cameron Diaz.

It was the action-packed awesomeness that gave the movie it's edge, it was pretty out of control and over the top. It looked like Michel Gondry had a great time directing the film and was able to effectively implement his filmmaking style into the world of The Green Hornet, which I thought was cool. I would love to see a sequel to this film.

If you haven't seen it yet definitely check it out. For those of you that have seen it, tell us what you thought below!
