According to Milla Jovovich that is the case. I am inclined to trust her too, so far she has been a reliable source for new images  and casting news. Here is her most recent Tweet:

Resident Evil: Retribution is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. The film features a cast of returning favorites that include Sienna Guillory, Colin Salmon, Michelle Rodriguez, Shawn Roberts, Boris Kodjoe, Johann Urb, Oded Fehr, Kevin Durand and Li Bingbing. I am excited to see this film when it arrives in theaters. Resident Evil: Retribution arrives in theaters on September 14, 2012.
