Patrick Wilson and James Marsden set to Star in LOFT

PatrickWilson and James Marsden will star in a new thriller called Loft, which of course is a remake of a 2008 Belgian film.

The original film's director, Erik Van Looy, will return to direct his own remake from a script written by Wesley Strick (A Nightmare on Elm Street), which is based on Bart De Pauw's original script.

The story follows five married friends who decide to rent a loft together where they can bring their mistresses. When the body of an unknown woman is found in the loft, they realize that they don't know each other as well as they thought and begin to suspect one another of murder, as they are the only ones with keys to the premises. Through flashbacks, which are intertwined by scenes from the present, the entire story is unraveled.

I enjoy watching Patrick Wilson and James Marsden in the projects they work on, they both always seem to pick fun and interesting roles. It will be cool to see the two actors working together.

Wilson is also set to star in CBS' untitled supernatural medical drama. He recently completed filming Jason Reitman's dark comedy Young Adult and he'll soon be seen in in the great looking horror film Insidious. As for Marsden he can be seen next in the new CGI live-action comedy HOP, and a remake of the film Straw Dogs.

Filming for Loft is scheduled to start in spring.
