Film Clip from Kevin Smith's RED STATE
Writer and director Kevin Smith has been treating Red State unlike any other film that he's made. He's keeping everything very close to him, and handling the marketing a distribution of the film himself. But he's released a clip for the film to give everyone a little taste of what he's done.
I saw this film up at the Sundance Film Festival and I liked it. It was definitley different from anything else he's done before, but it could have been better. You can read out review for the film here or watch our video review for it here.
The clip gives you a good look at some of the key players in the movie, but doesn't offer much. The clip includes a scene with Oscar-nominated actress Melissa Leo (The Fighter) and Michael Angarano. Leo's character is a pretty hardcore religious nut in the story.
