THE DARK KNIGHT RISES cast gains two new actors

ChristopherNolan'sThe Dark Knight Rises cast has gained Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis. Cullen will play a judge and Ellis is set to play a priest, according to Variety. Cullen has appeared in Apollo 13 and in Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze's (Nicolas Cage) father Barton Blaze. Ellis also starred in Apollo 13 and has had character roles in such films as, Transformers, ArmageddonandCatch Me If You Can.

The returning cast includes, Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman and Nestor Carbonell, along with roles for Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti and Joey King. The Dark Knight Rises is now in-production internationally and is set for release on July 20, 2012.
