New AMAZING SPIDER-MAN photos show Rhys Ifans as Dr. Curt Connors

Here are some new set photos from The Amazing Spider-Man that give us our first look at Rhys Ifans as Dr. Curt Connors. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are also shown in the images taken from the New York set. The film is directed by Marc Webb and is being shot entirely in 3D. The cast includes Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field.

Take note of Ifans' right hand, which has a green glove on it. This makes me think that they are going to be doing some special effects in post-production. Check out the images below and share your thoughts!
