Carey Mulligan goes to the OUTBACK for with Gary Ross for GK Films

Carey Mulligan is attached to star in a sci-fi action film titled Outback for from Graham King’s GK Films. Variety reports that Gary Ross (The Hunger Games) is set to direct the film. Tobey Maguire is producing along with Ross, King and his GK Films partner Tim Headington. Aside from the fact that the film will be set in the Australian Outback, not much else is known currently. We will keep you posted as the news develops.

Mulligan has a busy summer filming Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby. She appears in Nicolas Winding Refn's Drive opposite Ryan Goslling and will star opposite Michael Fassbender in Steve McQueen's sex addiction drama Shame.
