Noah Huntley joins cast of SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN

Noah Huntley has joined the cast of Rupert SandersSnow White and The Huntsman for Universal. Producer Palak Patel announced on his Twitter, that Huntley will play the role of King Magnus in the film.The cast includes Kristen Stewart as Snow White, Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen, and Sam Claflin (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) as a prince.

Hossein Amini, Evan Daugherty, and Evan Spiliotopoulos penned the script that is a a reimagined take on the classic Grimm fairy tale. In this version the queen orders the Huntsman (Chis Hemsworth) to murder Snow White, but he has a change of heart and instead decides to train her so that she can both protect herself and take vengeance against the matriarch. What would a Snow White film be withouth the seven dwarves. They are played by Nick Frost, Toby Jones, Ian McShane, Ray Winstone, Bob Hoskins, Eddie Marsan, and Eddie Izzard.

This marks the second time he has starred in a medieval setting, Huntley played the head Knight inDavid Gordon Green's Your Highness. Huntley also starred in 28 Days Later. This will likely be a small role in the film, but you never know, The panel for Snow White at Comic-Con was awesome, I am officially excited for this different take on the film.
