Brit Marling in talks for lead in Robert Redfords THE COMPANY YOU KEEP

 

Brit Marling is currenltyin talks to star in Robert Redford's political thriller The Company You Keep. Variety reports that Redford directs and stars as "a former militant wanted by the FBI who must go on the run when his true identity is exposed by an ambitious young reporter, to be played by Shia LaBeouf."  Nick Nolte also co-stars.

The film is being produced by Redford and Bill Holderman under their Wildwood Enterprises banner along with Voltage Pictures' Nicolas Chartier. Marling will be seen in Zal Batmanglij's thriller The East. What are your thoughts on this casting news?
