Diablo Cody's Directorial Debut Will Star Brand and Hough!

As many people did, I was a fan of JUNO.  Now we are going to see how Diablo Cody can direct.  We reported before that DC would be directing the movie LAMB OF GOD.  Well, she is still directing the movie, and they are renaming it and it has been cast.  THR let us know that Russell Brand and Julianne Hough have cast to star in the film.  Here is a synopsis that we were given:

The Mandate project, which was once titled Lamb of God, follows a young conservative religious woman (Hough) who loses her faith after a plane crash, decides to go to Las Vegas to live the life of a sinner, and on her journey finds her way back to her faith. Brand plays her unlikely companion who helps her find herself.
