Gwyneth Paltrow joins THANKS FOR SHARING cast

Gwyneth Paltrow has joined the cast of Thanks For Sharing. Variety reports that Paltrow will star opposite Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson in the comedy drama.

Stuart Blumberg is making his directorial debut in the film that is about "a 12-step program for recovering sex addicts in New York City." Blumberg co-wrote the film with Matt Winston. He also co-wrote last years The Kids Are All Right with Lisa Cholodenko. Filming is slated to start this fall in New York City. Paltrow is playing the romantic interest of Ruffalo's character and Richardson is playing the wife of Robbins'.

I am not a huge fan of Paltrow, so this news does not interest me too much. The supporting cast is the saving grace for me on this film. What are your thoughts on this casting news?
