AXE COP Animated Series - First Look Halloween Clip

Check out this Halloween clip for Axe Cop giving us our first look at the animated series. The show is an adaptation of the web comic about an "ax-wielding police officer and his loyal team of allies as they fight bad guys." The comic was created by 5-year-old Malachai Nicolle and his 29-year-old brother, Ethan. 

It didn't really turn out as awesome as I thought it would, but I guess it's exactly what you would expect from a 5 year old.  Axe Cop will air next summer on FOX. Producer Nick Weidenfeld had this to say in a previous statement,

Axe Cop is one of the most creative, hilarious and naturally viral comic properties to emerge in the last decade. I've hoped someone would adapt Axe Cop for television for years and couldn't be happier that we get to be that someone. Axe Cop has all the makings of an iconic animated series and it will help set the tone for Fox’s new late-prime Saturday animation lineup.

I don't think this first clip shows off "one of the most creative, hilarious and naturally viral comic properties to emerge in the last decade." It looks like it could have its moments, so i'll still give it a chance. Watch the clip for yourself and tell us if you think it looks good.
