AMC has released yet another new extended promo trailer for The Walking Dead Season 3! Let the count-down begin because the series returns in just ten days! The latest trailer features Rick and his crew taking over a prison overrun by zombies, and includes some new footage of The Governor, Andrea and Michonne.

The Walking Dead returns Sunday, October 14th at 9/8c on AMC. Bring on the zombie slaughter!

The series is based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics. It stars Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Steven Yeun, Norman Reedus, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Scott Wilson, IronE Singleton, Melissa McBride, David Morrissey and Danai Gurira.
