Poster for Thriller ATM
IFC Midnight has released the first official one-sheet for ATM. David Brooks directed this based on a script written by Chris Sparling (Buried). Brian Geraghty (The Hurt Locker), Josh Peck (The Wackness), and Alice Eve star in this "contained thriller." The film follows "three co-workers who make a late-night ATM run. While withdrawing some cash a hooded maniac targets the trio."
The trailer looks really silly. There are three of them and one bad guy--come on, they should be able to take him out. I am sure there is more to it in the movie, but I won't know until I see it. ATM will be available on VOD March 2nd, and then arrives in theaters April 6th. Watch the trailer below, if you have not already seen it. Or if you have. What are your thoughts?
If you decided to go to an ATM in the middle of the night that happened to be in the middle of nowhere, would you be afraid of one person outside? I would create a flame thrower out of lighter and a can of hair spray to use to burn my attacker. What creative way would you fight off the psycho?
