ALEX CROSS Movie Trailer Unleashed

Do you want to see Lost's Matthew Fox as a twisted, evil serial killer? Here's the first trailer for the big screen adaptation of Alex Cross, and it's crazy to see the change Fox went through to play this role. The guy completely transformed physically. The movie looks like it could be good, but I'm not buying Tyler Perry as the lead character. I just don't see him as a tough cop kind of guy, as you'll see in the trailer there's a softness to him that can't be hardened. Maybe that's what they were going for? Fox, however, looks like he could destroy anyone that gets in his way. 

Here's the Synopsis:

Crusading Detective/Psychologist ALEX CROSS (Tyler Perry) meets his match against the psychotic, mob hit man, MICHAEL SULLIVAN aka THE BUTCHER. As Cross investigates the hit man’s gruesome murders, Sullivan decides to send him a deadly message by murdering his wife in cold blood. Now enraged, Cross vows to hunt down the killer if it’s the last thing he does. However, Sullivan is a serial killing mastermind and continues to evade Cross while pushing him to an ethical breaking point as a cop and father. Rob Cohen (The Skulls, Fast and the Furious) directed the movie, which also stars Edward Burns, Jean Reno, and Rachel Nichols. Alex Cross is set to be released in theaters on October 19th. Watch the trailer and let us know what you think about Fox and Perry playing the two lead roles in the movie!
