MAN OF STEEL Action Scene Description

Movie Man of Steel by Joey Paur

Let's get the whole Spoiler this out of the way right now, if you don't want to read a rumored description of an action sequence from Zack Snyder's Man of Steel then don't read it. If you're like me, and curiosity gets the better of you, then please feel free to read what the world-wide-web has spit in our faces today.

First of all, I saw the footage screened at Comic-Con, and from what I saw, it was glorious. There's no doubt that the movie is going to look amazing; we can only hope the story will be as good as the visuals. Bleeding Cool claims to have received some intel on an action sequence for the film that, if true, would be incredibly awesome to see on the big screen!  Here it is...

I have been told details of one specific scene in particular, in which Superman breaks apart a building and uses the building itself as a weapon in some kind of ‘super martial art’ fashion. “Girders as throwing stars” was the specific example I was given.

One thing I've been wanting is a Superman film unlike anything we've ever seen done before, and this brief scene description gives me hope that this is just one in a lot of things that is going blow us away! We will treat this as a rumor right now, but it sounds like something Snyder would do. What do you think of the description given?

Here's a rundown of the cast: Henry Cavill plays Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha, Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Antje Traue as Faora, Ayelet Zurer as Lara Lor-Van, Russell Crowe as Jor-El, Harry Lennix as U.S. military man General Swanwick, and Christopher Meloni as Colonel Hardy.

The movie is set to be released on June 14th, 2013 release, and the first teaser trailer will be attached to The Dark Knight Rises!
