Rob Legato's "Art of Creating Awe" Visual Effects TED Talk

For those of you who haven't heard of Rob Lagato, he's helped create the visual effects for several high profile epic movies such as Apollo 13, Titanic, Armageddon, Cast Away, The Aviator, The Departed, Avatar, Shutter Island, Hugo, and several more. He's currently working on Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street and Cameron's Battle Angel. The guy is a master at his craft, and recently gave a wonderful and humorous TED Talk called "Art of Creating Awe" in which he discusses the work he did on Apollo 13, Titanic and Hugo. 

Rob Legato creates movie effects so good they (sometimes) trump the real thing. In this warm and funny talk, he shares his vision for enhancing reality on-screen in movies like Apollo 13, Titanic and Hugo.
