Trailer for THE LOFT - Psychological Thriller with Karl Urban
A red-band trailer has been released for a new psychological thriller called The Loft. The movie has a pretty awesome cast that includes Karl Urban, James Marsden, Wentworth Miller, Eric Stonestreet, Rachael Taylor, Rhona Mitra, Valerie Cruz, and Isabel Lucas. The movie is a remake of a 2008 Belgian film, but the original director, Erik Van Looy, directed the remake so I guess that makes it ok.
The story follows five married friends who decide to rent a loft together where they can bring their mistresses. When the body of an unknown woman is found in the loft, they realize that they don't know each other as well as they thought and begin to suspect one another of murder, as they are the only ones with keys to the premises. Through flashbacks, which are intertwined by scenes from the present, the entire story is unraveled.
The movie looks like a well made intense movie, and I'm interested in seeing how this story plays out. There's no release date for it yet, but watch the trailer below and let us know if you think it looks good!
