I'm looking forward to seeing what director James Mangold has in store for us with The Wolverine. Here's a couple of new photos from the set of the film showing Hugh Jackman filming in Tokyo Japan at the Zojoji Temple. According to reports the scene being shot here involves a funeral.
I've been warming up to this sequel, and I'm convinced it's going to be batter than the last Wolverine film. I honestly don't see how it can get any worse than that! Plus, thanks to the success of Marvel, I think Fox has finally learned to choose talented people to develop their superhero films. Mangold is a solid director, and I can't wait to see his vision brought to life.
Here's the Synopsis:
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, The Wolverine finds Logan, the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed.
