Harrison Ford and Ridley Scott are Discussing BLADE RUNNER 2

As we've all heard, Ridley Scott is slowly and quietly in the process of developing a sequel to his classic sci-fi film, Blade Runner. Since that news hit the internet people have been wondering if Harrison Ford would actually be a part of it. Well, in a recent interview with IGN the actor admits that he's been talking to the director about the movie, and adds,

"I truly admire Ridley as a man and as a director, and I would be very happy to engage with him again in the further telling of this story."

Ford obviously isn't fully committed to the project yet, but there is obviously some interest in wanting to return. As for where the movie currently stands in development, they hired Green Lantern co-writer Michael Green to write the script, which kind of has me a little nervous because Green Lantern was such a terrible movie!

I do hope that Blade Runner 2 happens, but it's one of those projects that could just disappear and never happen.

Here's the interview.
