Jennifer Lawrence Joins David O. Russell's THE ENDS OF THE EARTH
Silver Linings Playbook star Jennifer Lawrence will be reteaming with director David O. Russell for a new film project called The Ends of the Earth. THR describes the movie as "a fact-based love story about a powerful oil tycoon who has everything stripped from him after he is caught in an affair."
This is a different project than the other one Russell is working on previously titled American Bullshit, which stars Bradley Cooper, Christian Bale, Amy Adams, as well as Lawrence who also recently joined that film. Russell will most likely start work on The Ends of the Earth when he's finished with that one. Russell loved working with Lawrence on Silver Linings, and here's what he had to say about her in a statement,
Jennifer possesses a self-deprecating humor that made all of the cast and crew feel at ease. She is that kind of person. She is the most dedicated person I know. She is devoted to her family and they have been the true inspiration for her character and integrity. Her acting is effortless and she always makes it look easy.
