New International Poster for SNOWPIERCER
There's been a lot of marketing lately for director Bong Joon Ho's post-apocalyptic set thriller called Snowpiercer, and it doesn't even have a release date yet. Not sure what the deal is, but apparently producer and distributor Harvey Weinstein is having it cut down in the editing room for some reason.
The movie is based on the French graphic novel Le Transperceneige, the the story "is set in a future where, after a failed experiment to stop global warming, an Ice Age kills off all life on the planet except for the inhabitants of the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe and is powered by a sacred perpetual-motion engine. A class system evolves on the train but a revolution brews."
