Action-Packed Extended Clip From ASSASSIN'S CREED Features an Intense Chase Sequence

It seems like a lot of fans are a little apprehensive about Michael Fassbender's Assassin's Creed adaptation. As a fan of the video game franchise, I'm pretty pumped up for it. It looks like a beautifully shot film that is going to offer a decent story and some incredibly cool action!

Today we have an action-packed extended clip from the film for you to watch that shows off an awesome chase sequence involving Fassbender's character Aguilar chasing down a carriage that has run off with a young child. I've also got a new TV spot for you to watch called "Destined for Great Things."

Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories, Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain. Callum discovers he is descended from a mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organization in the present day.

Assassin's Creed was directed by Justin Kurzel (Snowtown, Macbeth), and it also stars Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, and Michael K. Williams. The film opens in theaters on December 21, 2016. Make sure to catch up on all of our Assassin's Creed news here.
