ANT-MAN Banner Reveals Yellowjacket
A new promo banner has been released for Marvel's upcoming film Ant-Man, and it gives us our first official look at what the villain Yellowjacket will look like in full costume. This image confirms a photo of the character that leaked last month, which you can see here. The actor portraying Darren Cross, a.k.a. Yellowjacket, is Corey Stoll, and you can read an interview in which he talks about the character here. The banner comes from British sleepwear company Aykroyds and Son (via CBM).
Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
The film also stars Evangeline Lilly (The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies), Judy Greer (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), Bobby Cannavale (Chef, Blue Jasmine), Michael Pena (End of Watch, Fury), Martin Donovan (Inherent Vice, Insomnia), Wood Harris (Dredd, Remember the Titans), John Slattery (Mad Men, Iron Man 2), and Gregg Turkington (Gravity Falls).
The film is set to hit theaters on July 17th, 2015. Hopefully we get to see a trailer for this movie soon! I've heard rumors that it's coming early next year.
