Best Trailer for Pixar's INSIDE OUT Yet Focuses on Heartfelt Story

We've seen a few trailers for Pixar's Inside Out already, but they have mostly highlighted scenes involving the emotions of the characters in the film and how they interact with the people they inhabit. This latest trailer features a ton of new footage and also focuses on the wonderful, heartfelt story that the movie will tell.

The story centers on 11-year-old Riley, and we learn from this trailer that she starts to lose her memories due to an accident caused by one of her emotions. The emotions end up going on a journey through the girls long-term memories so that they can return the lost memories to her brain. Along the way, the lead character goes through experiences in her own life. It’s our best look yet at the film, and it looks absolutely fantastic!

The movie features the voice cast of Mindy Kaling, Bill Hader, Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, and Lewis Black. Here's the synopsis:

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

The movie will be released in theaters on June 19th, 2015.
