Crazy Trailer for the Horror Comedy BLOODSUCKING BASTARDS
Looks like we've got a great new horror comedy coming our way called Bloodsucking Bastards. The story takes place in an office workplace environment, and it centers on a man who loses a promotion to his office rival. To make things even worse, some of his co-workers start to be killed off and turned into vampires, and he and a few of his friends have to fight to survive. It's like Office Space meets Shaun of the Dead, except with vampires instead of zombies. This looks like an insanely fun flick that I know I'll enjoy. Here's the synopsis:
An action-packed horror comedy, BLOODSUCKING BASTARDS stars Fran Kranz as Evan, a dutiful and overworked employee stuck at a soul-killing corporation with his beautiful co-worker and girlfriend Amanda and his slacker best friend Tim. Evans world begins to crumble when Amanda dumps him and his boss Ted. hands his coveted promotion to his nemesis Max. When his office mates start going through disturbing changes, Evan must find a way to stop the evil brewing admist the cubicles, and rescue his workplace pals before his life and career go from dead-end... to just dead.
The movie stars Fran Kranz (Cabin in the Woods, Dollhouse), Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones), Emma Fitzpatrick (The Social Network, The Collection), Joey Kern (Cabin Fever, Super Troopers), Joel Murray (God Bless America, Monsters University), and Yvette Yates (Inherent Vice).
The movie is set to be shown at the Slamdance Film Festival later this month on January 23rd.
