Ian McShane Joins HBO's GAME OF THRONES
Ian McShane has been cast in the sixth season of HBO's Game of Thrones! It seems to make complete sense that he will be joining the show, so it's awesome to hear that he'll be getting in on the insane Game of Thrones action. There's no information on who the actor will be playing, but it's sure to be a decent sized role.
It was recently announced that Game of Thrones will go at least eight seasons. There's a chance it could go more, but it all depends on how the story continues to pan out. It seems like the story in this fantasy world could go on forever, but we know it's going to have to come to an end sometime.
It's hard to tell what this next season will bring because the show is pretty much caught up with the A Song of Ice and Fire book series by George R.R. Martin.
Season six is currently in production and set to premiere in Spring 2016. McShane has had a long acting career, but it really took off after starring in the incredible HBO western series Deadwood.
