Listen: GAME OF THRONES' Young Hodor Sings Original Song "Hold The Door"
Spoilers ahead for the sixth season of Game of Thrones. You've been warned.
A couple of weeks ago, Game of Thrones fans witnessed the devastating reveal of how Hodor got his name and the beloved character's sacrificial death immediately afterwards. Kristain Nairn, the man who has portrayed Hodor on the show since the beginning, did tremendous work, but the actor who played the younger version of the character, Sam Coleman, was equally great, giving a heartbreaking performance as he transitioned from Wylis into Hodor.
Turns out playing Hodor isn't the only thing Coleman and Nairn have in common. Nairn is well-known as a DJ, and it seems Coleman also has some musical talent. Vanity Fair points out this original song Coleman wrote and recorded, in which he plays the piano and sings about the events of that tragic episode. Naturally, the song is called "Hold The Door."
