New Trailer for ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY Set to Premiere on Thursday!
Lucasfilm has announced that the new trailer for Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set to premiere during the Olympics this coming Thursday. I imagine that it will be released online sometime on that day, so stay tuned for that!
There was a new trailer that screened recently at Star Wars Celebration, and I assume the trailer being released on Thursday will be the same one, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I'm just excited as hell that we are going to finally get to see a new trailer for this movie!
Rogue One tells the story of a group of badass resistance fighters who team up to steal the plans to the Death Star for the Rebel Alliance. The movie stars Felicity Jones as Jyn Erso; Mads Mikklesen as her father, Galen Erso; Diego Luna as Captain Cassian Andor; Donnie Yen as a blind warrior named Chirrut Imwe; Jiang Wen as his friend Baze Malbus; Alan Tudyk as a droid known as K-2SO; Riz Ahmed as the Rebel pilot Bodhi Rook; Forest Whitaker as Clone Wars character Saw Gerrera; Ben Mendelsohn as the villain Director Orson Krennic; and James Earl Jones as Darth Vader.
