See How Jon Favreau's THE JUNGLE BOOK Came to Life on a Sound Stage

I finally saw Jon Favreau's The Jungle Book this past weekend, and I really enjoyed it. The voice work was all top notch, the story was pretty good, and Neel Sethi did a decent job as Mowgli, but the biggest draw was seeing the lush, gorgeous visuals Favreau and his team were able to create. Despite its realistic-looking setting, this entire movie was filmed in a couple of sound stages in downtown Los Angeles, and a new video from Mashable contains some peeks into what that process looked like. You should definitely check it out if you've seen the movie, because your mind will be blown when you find out what was real and what wasn't:
