For a small fortune, you can own the former home of Dracula actor Bela Lugosi. The house, which was originally built in 1932, has been spruced up a bit since then, but supposedly is still haunted by Lugosi. I can't imagine what he's chilling out there for other than complaining that his house is only going for $3 million in today's market...but I'm guessing he comes with the house if you sign the documents.
