There May Be an Interesting Connection to Boba Fett in STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI

Before I get into it, this rumored news contains potential spoilers regarding how Boba Fett may be connected to director Rian Johnson's Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The news comes from YouTuber Mike Zeroh, who previously offered some possible information on the first teaser trailer that will be released for the film.

We know that Rey, Finn, Poe, Luke, Chewbacca, and Leia will all be back for Star Wars: The Last Jedi. They will be joined by a few new actors playing new characters in the franchise, including Kelly Marie Tran as a new Resistance leader and Laura Dern as another Rebel character.

The most mysterious new addition, though, is Benicio del Toro, who will be playing a villain in the story. There's been no information about his character, but now it looks like there's a bit of information that's actually really cool because it involves a connection to Boba Fett!

Zeroh points out in his video that del Toro was listed on wikiwand.com as playing a character named Vikrum Fett. This was later changed to saying his role was TBA, but it’s already sparked the possibility that the Del Toro could actually be playing the son of Boba Fett.

Boba Fett is one of the most iconic villains to come out of the Star Wars franchise. After he was killed in Return of the Jedi, he was resurrected in the Expanded Universe and continued his adventures. There's never been any mention of the bounty hunter having a son named Vikrum, so this would be a cool big surprise if this rumor turns out to be true.

Remember, this is just a rumor, but do you hope that the rumor is true?

Today we go over who Benicio Del Toro will be playing, so far we only know he will be dubbed the Man In Black according to makingstarwars.net...but recently I found something very interesting on the net when it comes to who hey was listed has temporarily for Star Wars Episode 8 The Last Jedi.
