There's a STAR WARS Spoiler News Blocker in Case You're Trying to Avoid Them

Regardless of how much we warn people about SPOILERS on GeekTyrant, people still complain about them. It's just a fact of internet life. The internet is full of spoilers, it's just the world we live in now. Some people like being informed of them, other people don't. We try to please everyone!

For those of you who are are trying to steer clear of any spoilers regarding Star Wars: The Force Awakens before it's released, Google Chrome now has an extension called Star Wars Blocker, which is supposed to block all Star Wars: The Force Awakens spoilers.

All you have to do is install and activate the extension and whenever you go to a page that has anything Star Wars-related on it, a screen will pop up that warns you about the possible spoilers that lay ahead.

The extension works, but it also seems to overreact with the warnings and pretty much kicks into gear with anything Star Wars related, so it could be more annoying to you than blocking actual spoilers because you don't want every bit of Star Wars news blocked...unless you hate Star Wars. If you've already downloaded the app, there's a good chance that this post may have been blocked. It's pretty sensitive.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released in theaters on December 18th.
