Zack Snyder Teases Superman's Presence in JUSTICE LEAGUE

Superman is the one big character who has been completely absent from the Justice League's marketing. He's not in the trailer, he's not in any of the photos, but we know that he'll be in the movie. We have the one image above, I'm just not convinced that's the way Supes will look in the film.

At this point, we aren't really sure what role the Man of Steel will play in the story, but just because he's absent from most of the promotional stuff, doesn't mean he doesn't play a big role in the film. While speaking with Empire, the director said:

“Superman does play a big part in this movie. His presence, and lack of presence, are big story points…”

It'll be interesting to see how Snyder and his creative team handle Superman's resurrection. There have been hints of long hair and his black suit, but we still have yet to see any of official confirmation. I'm sure as we get closer to the release date they'll reveal him in an image or trailer.

Fueled by the hero’s restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Justice League sees Bruce Wayne enlist the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League will open in theaters on November 10, 2017.
