Exciting 10 Minute Behind the Scenes Featurette for Christopher Nolan's TENET
As Warner Bros. moves ahead with its theatrical rollout of Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, the studio is prepping the fans for what this epic time-inversion quantum cold war espionage action thriller entails. They’ve released a fascinating behind-the-scenes featurette that delves into the making of the filmmaker’s latest epic cinematic experience.
The featurette features Nolan and the cast talking about incredible stunt work done for the fight scenes in the film and the awesome visual effects that Nolan wanted done in camera. Nolan did not want to use CGI or green screen while shooting the film. It also shows what was done to pull off the epic scope of the movie.
On top of all that, there is plenty of footage to enjoy in the video! When talking about the movie, Nolan explained that “It’s very much cinematic, it’s something that you have to see onscreen to fully engage with.” He wants this to be the ultimate cinematic experience, which is why I need to see this movie in theaters!
Tenet has been described as a “mind-blowing espionage thriller so unique that audiences will puzzle over its intricacies for years to come.” It’s also said to be a “time-bending masterpiece,” and this is the synopsis for the film:
Armed with only one word – Tenet – and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time. Not time travel. Inversion.
The movie stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh.
The film is currently scheduled to arrive in U.S. theaters on September 3
