1950s-Set Horror Short Will Only Increase Your Fear of Dentists
“Open up and say AHHHHH!"
I am not the biggest fan of dentists as they always seem to inflict pain on me when I go and see them. It's always a torturous experience. Every time I go, I just imagine that I'm going through torture training just in case that ever comes in handy.
I've got an awesome sinister short film for you to watch today called The Root of the Problem. It's a horror film set in the the candy-colored world of 1950s suburbia. The story follows a reluctant housewife who "suspects that the friendly neighborhood dentist is hiding a horrible secret... but is it just the anesthesia, or is something more sinister hiding just below the surface?"
The movie was directed by Ryan Spindell. It's a very playful film that grabs you from the cool opening shot, and holds on to you until the very end. It does such an amazing job building the suspense. You're all going to enjoy this!
