2 ANT-MAN TV Spots, Supporting Cast Photos, and the Hero's MCU Future
Marvel's Phase 3 is going to launch with Ant-Man when it opens up on July 17th. This is just the beginning of something huge that is going to take place a few years down the road when we get to Avengers: Infinity War. After Ant-Man's solo film, the character will once again appear in Captain America: Civil War, but according to Paul Rudd, this is only just the beginning. It sounds like the hero is going to have a long future in the MCU. During an appearance on The Best Show, Rudd said this:
"To be in that Marvel world, but kind of be somewhat in a bubble [on the solo movie] and now to kind of have these experiences where I’m standing opposite Captain America, it’s been a surreal ride so far. It’s really only just starting."
It's going to be fun to see how they end up playing with this character in their slate of upcoming movies.
