2 New TV Spots For WONDER WOMAN Give Us Our First Glimpse at Ares Fighting Our Hero
We have two new TV spots for Wonder Woman for you to enjoy! Each one features some never before seen footage from the film and damn, this movie looks good! The first spot entitled "Together" offers us our first look at David Thewlis as Sir Patrick Morgan, who sits on the war council advocating for peace. The second TV spot is called "Power" and it gives us a brief glimpse of the villain Ares fighting Wonder Woman. It's basically a quick shot of his armored hand striking Wonder Woman's bracelets. There are a few other bits of cool looking footage that I think you'll enjoy as well.
Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.
Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Lucy Davis as Etta Candy, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui.
The film is directed by Patty Jenkins and it will be released on June 2nd.
