Stephen Chow will NOT Direct 'The Green Hornet'

This is some interesting news. Stephen Chow has dropped out of directing 'The Green Hornet' over creative differences. Well that to bad. I was really looking forward to him directing this film. On the bright side of things he is still going to play the part of Kato in the film. I would think that would just be awkward don't ya think?

He had a vision for this and now he is going to be taking directions from another director and working with people that obviously don't see eye to eye on things.

The studio and producer Neal Moritz are currently looking for a new director. They want to start production in spring. 'The Green Hornet' was written by Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg, with Rogan starring as the Green Hornet.

I wonder who they will bring in to direct. This is the type of thing that happens before a studio goes out and hired someone like Brett Ratner.
