BLOOD CAR!
Venkman here - I came across a movie poster for this movie 'Blood Car' this morning and it is crazy! I don't know how this slipped under the radar. So I did a bit more research and found some more info on this movie that I would like to share with you, including a trailer. As you know right now gas prices are rising like crazy and it is really hurting a lot of people financially. I know I have felt the pinch from hell. It seems no one wants to do anything about it, and here is a film that address this issue in one hell of a crazy way. I love the idea of this movie so here it is.
Here is what it is about:
In the near future gas prices have reached astronomical highs nearing $40 a gallon. One man, Archie Andrews, an environmentalist elementary school teacher, is trying to discover an alternate fuel source. While experimenting with wheat grass, Archie accidentally stumbles upon a solution. That solution turns out to be blood. HUMAN BLOOD!
This movie looks like a genuine grindhouse film for our time. Watch the trailer and you see what I am talking about. The movies has gotten some really good reveiws and allot of press. I'm still not sure how I missed this one! The movie stars Anna Chlumsky (the the girl from the movie 'My Girl') Mike Brune, and Katie Rowlett.
