Sex in the City Geeks... Part 2 is in development
Venkman here - Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! But we all knew it was going to happen. I didn't see the movie thant the gods my wife never watched the show! I saw too many of my friends dragged by the hair by their significant others to that movie. The crazy thing is... they liked it. What!? I know, right? Its crazy! Well Sex and the City made over $146 million dollars thats why there will be a sequel. Here is what EW is reporting:
After months of idle talk, HBO has confirmed that a sequel to the Sex and the City movie is in the early stages of development
Michael Lombardo, president of HBO's programming group, told a group of reporters at the cable network's annual press tour in Los Angeles today, "We're really heartened by the fans' enthusiasm. Absolutely, there is a lot of energy behind doing another SATC movie."
This is a film Warner Bros. wants to put on the fast track, but guess what? They have no script. I love how Hollywood greenlights movies without a script! Here is an idea for the title! 'Sex and the City, More Sex, More City' Bam! Sold! Are the actresses even on board yet? Not so much.
the lead actresses involved are taking a cautious attitude towards another film, not wanting to rush a sequel and risk disappointing their loyal fans.
The don't want to disappoint the loyal fans. At least the care. as for me, I could care less. But congrats to the fangirls you got your wish.
