'Appaloosa' Movie Trailer

Venkman here with a movie trailer for a Western flick called 'Appaloosa'. I havent heard mush about this movie for the fact that westerns just aren't as popular as they used to be. It seems they are a hard sell these days which is sad because I am one of those guys that loves to watch westerns. I love the stories and grittyness of that time. This is a pleasant surprise. Ed Harris stars in and directed 'Appaloosa'! Now check out the rest of this awesome cast! Viggo Mortensen and  Jeremy Irons! Well... and Renee Zellweger is in it to. I love what I saw in the trailer and I can only imagine the whole movie is just going to be great. The movie is based on a novel by the same name and here is what it is about.

It was a long time ago, now, and there were many gunfights to follow, but I remember as well as I remember anything the first time I saw Virgil Cole shoot. Time slowed down for him. Always steady, and never fast . . .

When Virgil Cole and Everett Hitch arrive in Appaloosa, they find a small, dusty town suffering at the hands of renegade rancher Randall Bragg, a man who has so little regard for the law that he has taken supplies, horses, and women for his own and left the city marshal and one of his deputies for dead. Cole and Hitch, itinerant lawmen, are used to cleaning up after opportunistic thieves, but in Bragg they find an unusually wily adversary-one who raises the stakes by playing not with the rules, but with emotions.

I am really looking forward to this one. If you like westerns or even if you are movie geek in the first place, this is a movie you gotta go see. It looks like it got everything a great western film needs. Enjoy the trailer!
