First Look at SyFy's THE PHANTOM Series - Promo Trailer

Here is our first look at the SyFy Channels new TV series, The Phantom, based off of the classic comic book, which was adapted into a mediocre movie in 1996. It has now been adapted into a TV series set in the modern day. I'm not too sure about this show though. I need to see more, becaue I'm not sold on what I see in this trailer. The costume is kind of odd, and looks really uncomfortable.

Here is the description:

The legendary superhero returns in this modern-day and action packed miniseries event. When Kit Walker (Ryan Carnes) learns of his father's death, the adventurous young man inherits the mantle of his superhero father. As the new Phantom, the 21st in the Walker line, Kit vows to uphold and honor his ancestors' creed—to fight crime and injustice throughout the world.
