New Movie Poster for THE ROAD

I had the wonderful opportunity to see John Hillcoast's, The Road recently and I loved it! It was incredibly well done and is one of my favorite films of the year! You can read my review for it Here.

The Weistien Company has released a new poster for the film, which is definitely the worst out of the bunch. The poster is too clean and too bright for a story that takes place in a gray dismal post-apocalyptic world.I guess they are trying to market it to a broader audience.

Viggo Mortensen, Robert Duvall, Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce and Kodi Smit McPhee star in the big-screen adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's best-selling, Pulitzer Prize-winning novel – the story of a man (Mortensen) and his young son (Smit-McPhee) traveling through a desperate, post-apocalyptic world.

The last two poster that were released were much better, which you can see below the new poster.
