New Trailer for Scorsese's SHUTTER ISLAND

Here's a brand spankin new trailer for Martin Scorsese's next film, Shutter Island for you to watch. It's very different from the first trailer for the film that was released. There is a decent amount of new footage from the film you haven't seen yet, and it gives you a more in depth look at what the story is about. This trailer is much better than the first one. There are also a few little digital effects that were added in this trailer that weren't in the first one.

Shutter Island is the story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the cost of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island's fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane.

I'm still pissed that we have to wait until February 10, 2010 before we get a chance to watch this movie. It was supposed to come out this month, before it got pushed back. This movie is going to be an Oscar contender next year. Watch the trailer below and tell me what you think!
