Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Photo and Film Split info

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is currently filming in London. The above is one of the most recent pictures from the set which shows Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, and Emma Watson, who is running away. If you have read the book then you may know what scene this is from. I won't ruin for you for those of you who don't know.

Daniel Radcliffe and producer David Heyman recent spoke with Empire where they talk about where the Deathly Hallows movie will be split up. There are light spoilers. Heyman says:

We’ve played around with a couple of places and ultimately settled on a place that we think is very exciting, and I think quite bold, in that it’s not necessarily where one might expect. You want to give a sense of completion, on one hand, but a sense that there’s another piece, more to come. We tried one and then Steve [Kloves] came up with the idea to try it another way and when we tried that, it felt just right.

I have no idea where that would be but it is obviously a pretty intense cliffhangerish choice. Radcilffe jumps in to say that the split is "at a very tense cliffhanger".  So I leave it up too you to decide where the split will take place.

We also reported earlier that the films Epilogue would feature the original actors as the older characters from the story. Radcliffe expressed his concerns with the blend of make-up and CG.

I am nervous about that because if it’s good I’ll be really, really pleased; if it’s not good and that’s what people are left with, that would be awful. If it’s a choice between having me, Rupert and Emma looking a bit stupid and it being slightly comical or having other actors play us, I would go for other actors every time. So, we’ll see.

I totally see where he is coming from, but if they use the top of the line Benjamin Button aging technique then that is their best shot at selling it to the audience.
